Background and Objectives: Improving the well-being and support of employees is the reason for the success of the organization, if the organization supports the employees, they strive to increase their performance and achieve the goals of the organization. Finding the factors affecting employee well-being has helped organizations to improve their performance and achieve success, therefore, this research has sought to test a model of causal factors affecting employee well-being with the mediation of self-efficacy in the employees of Razi University of Kermanshah.
Methods : The method of the present research was practical in terms of its purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The tool of data collection was a questionnaire, which was examined for face validity, convergent validity and differential validity of the variables. The data analysis was done using the structural equation modeling approach with the partial least squares method through the Smart PLs3 software. The statistical population includes all the employees of Razi University of Kermanshah, which included 490 people, and using Morgan's table, 215 of them were have been selected as samples.
Results : The findings showed that perceived organizational support and role ambiguity were effective on employees' well-being both directly and through the mediation of self-efficacy.
Conclusion: According to the research findings, it can be concluded that employee role ambiguity can increase emotional burnout and decrease well-being, and perceived organizational support can increase work engagement and increase well-being.
