fa مقایسۀ‌ رضایت زناشویی و صمیمیت و عملکرد جنسی در پرستاران زن با شیفت‌های کاری ثابت و متغیر سایر موارد Other Cases پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong><span style="color:#9900cc;">زمینه و هدف:</span> </strong>یکی از چالش&shy;های مهم بخش بهداشت و سلامت، بالاخص در رابطه با پرستاران، شیفت&shy;های کاری است که می&shy;تواند پیامدهای منفی بسیاری برای این قشر داشته باشد. از این رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه رضایت زناشویی، صمیمیت و عملکرد جنسی پرستاران زن متأهل شاغل در بیمارستان‌های دولتی شهرستان آبادان بود.<strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></strong><br> <span style="color:#9900cc;"><strong>روش &shy;کار: </strong></span>روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع طرح مقایسه‌ای است. جامعه‌ آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی پرستاران زن متأهل بیمارستان‌های دولتی شهرستان آبادان بود که قریب به 400 نفر بودند. از این بین 140 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند که 57 فرد دارای شیفت کاری ثابت و 83 نفر نیز دارای شیفت کاری متغیر بودند. ابزار پژوهش حاضر شامل پرسشنامه‌ رضایت زناشویی هادسون، پرسشنامه صمیمیت واکر و تامپسون، و پرسشنامه عملکرد جنسی روزن و همکاران بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری (<span dir="LTR">MANOVA</span>) و با کمک نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> ویراست 24 انجام گرفت.<br> <strong><span style="color:#9900cc;">یافته &shy;ها:</span> </strong>نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که بین رضایت زناشویی (589/0<span dir="LTR">p<</span> ،29/0<span dir="LTR">F=</span>)، صمیمیت (724/0<span dir="LTR">p<</span> ،13/0<span dir="LTR">F=</span>) و عملکرد جنسی (795/0<span dir="LTR">p<</span> ،07/0<span dir="LTR">F=</span>) پرستاران زن شیف کاری ثابت و متغیر تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود ندارد. <strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></strong><br> <span style="color:#9900cc;"><strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong></span>با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر، به نظر می&shy;رسد سازوکارهایی وجود دارد که اثر شیفت کاری را بر پیامدهای مختلف تعدیل می&shy;کند. بنابراین، لازم است که شرایط را برای تقویت این سازوکارها فراهم آورد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="color:#9900cc;"><strong>Background and Aim: </strong></span>One of the major challenges in the health sector, especially in relation to nurses, is shiftwork that can have many negative consequences for this group. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to comparison of marital satisfaction, intimacy and sexual function in female married nurses with fixed and changing shiftwork in Abadan city government hospitals.<br> <span style="color:#9900cc;"><strong>Methods:</strong> </span>The research method is a descriptive comparative design. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the female married nurses of Abadan city government hospitals, which was about 400 people. From this, 140 people were selected by simple random sampling method, of which 57 people had fixed shiftwork and 83 people had changing shiftwork. The instruments of the present study included Hudson&rsquo; Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire, Vaker and Thompson&rsquo; Intimacy Questionnaire, and Rosen et al&rsquo; Sexual Function Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using MANOVA analysis and SPSS software version 24.<br> <span style="color:#9900cc;"><strong>Results:</strong> </span>The results of data analysis showed that there is no significant difference in marital satisfaction (F=0.29, P=0.589), intimacy (F=0.13, P=0.724) and sexual function (F=0.07, P=0.795) between female married nurses with fixed and changing shiftwork.<br> <span style="color:#9900cc;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> </span>According to the results of the present study, it seems that there are mechanisms that moderate the effect of shiftwork on different outcomes.
