fa اثر ایدئولوژی بر ارگونومی قانونی سیاست تقنینی: مروری بر ارگونومی قانونی سایر موارد Other Cases پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"> <div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:iransans;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> ایجاد نظم، بستگی به تمهیدات متعدد در حوزه‌های مختلف زندگی دارد و محقق‌شدن نظم در هر قلمرویی باید با سیاست‌گذاری مناسب، تدوین اصول راهبردی در سطح خرد و قانون‌گذاری صحیح در سطح ارگان‌های حکومتی همراه باشد. یکی از حوزه‌هایی که به این هدف کمک می‌کند، ارگونومی قانونی است که امروزه با توجه به ایجاد مسائل و مشکلات قانونی در زمینۀ حوادث و سوانح، کاربرد بیشتری یافته است. بنابراین در این پژوهش ارگونومی قانونی و اثر ایدئولوژی بر آن بررسی شده است.</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:iransans;"><strong>روش کار:</strong> این مطالعه، مطالعۀ مروری است. مقالات منتشرشدۀ انگلیسی در پایگاه‌های علمی Scopus, PubMed ,Google scholar با کلیدواژه‌های&quot;forensic ergonomics&quot;&nbsp; و&quot;forensic human factors&quot; بدون محدودیت زمانی جستجو و 3 مقالۀ واجد شرایط، بررسی شدند.</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:iransans;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> در قسمت مروری، نتایج نشان داد در تعریف ارگونومی قانونی توافق‌نظر وجود دارد؛ ولی تعداد مطالعات بسیار اندک است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد کاربرد ارگونومی قانونی رو‌به‌افزایش است و دورنمای این حوزه از ارگونومی مثبت است. در قسمت تحلیلی نیز نتایج نشان می‌دهد بررسی قوانین و پیشنهادات مربوط به ایجاد آن در زمینۀ حوادث و سوانح باید به سیستم قضایی واگذار شود، نه سیستم اجرایی یا مقننه.</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:iransans;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> برای پیشرفت در حوزۀ ارگونومی قانونی و جلوگیری از تأثیر ایدئولوژی و سیاست‌زدگی بر قانون‌گذاری در این زمینه، نیاز به معرفی بیشتر و تربیت متخصصانی در این حوزه و توجه به اصول عقلانی و علمی در قانون‌گذاری احساس می‌شود.</span></span></div> <div></div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Establishing order depends on different arrangements in many aspects of lif.&nbsp; The fulfillment of order should be along with good policy and developed strategic principles, at the micro level and with the correct, firm and prudence legislation in the institutions and governance. Forensic ergonomics is one of the fields that helps this aim. Today it has become more widely used due to the creation of legal problems in the field of accidents and injuries. Therefore, this study reviews articles about forensic ergonomics and the effect of ideology on it.<br> <strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> This is a review study. The English articles published in Pubmed, Scopus, and Google scholar were chosen using keywords such as &ldquo;forensic ergonomics&rdquo; and &ldquo;forensic human factor&rdquo; without time limit; at least 3 articles were eligible.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>In the review section, the results showed that there is an agreement in the definition of forensic ergonomics, but there are very few studies. The results also showed that the use of forensic ergonomics is increasing, and the prospect of this area is positive.
