Analysis of research data through path analysis And the structural equation model was done using SmartPLS software.

The results obtained from the Sobel test show that the indirect effect of transformational leadership style on job satisfaction through employee empowerment is 0.556; The positive value of beta (0.556) indicates the positive intensity of the effect.
