fa ارتباط بین کیفیت زندگی واختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی در دندانپزشکان شهر اردبیل Association of musculoskeletal disorders and quality of life among dentists اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی Musculoskeletal Disorders پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: دندانپزشکی به‌عنوان حرفه‌ای با ماهیت ایستا، حرکات تکراری و استرس شغلی، از مشاغل پرخطر برای بروز اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی و کاهش کیفیت زندگی است. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی ارتباط اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی با کیفیت زندگی در دندانپزشکان بود. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی – تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی درسال 1404 در بین 150 نفر از دندان‌پزشکان شاغل در شهر اردبیل انجام شد. نمونه‌ها به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد شامل پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه نوردیک برای اختلالات اسکلتی–عضلانی و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان جهانی بهداشت گردآوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS 26 و آزمون‌ کای‌دو صورت‌گرفت. یافته‌ها: شایع‌ترین نواحی درگیر ، کمر (7/64%)، گردن (7/60%) بودند. این مشکلات در 7/28% از افراد منجر به کاهش فعالیت شغلی شده بود. کیفیت زندگی در سطح متوسط تا پایین قرار داشت و کمترین امتیاز  به حیطه سلامت محیطی (79/56 از 100) اختصاص یافت . نتایج آزمون کای‌دو نشان داد که در بازه ۱۲ ماه گذشته بین کیفیت زندگی و شکایات اسکلتی–عضلانی در نواحی شانه (003/0=p)، آرنج (001/0=p) ‌‌و پشت فوقانی(001/0=p)  ارتباط معنادار آماری وجود داشت. همچنین در بررسی بازه ۷ روز گذشته نیز بین کیفیت زندگی و شکایات اسکلتی–عضلانی در نواحی شانه (005/0=p)، آرنج (001/0=p )، پشت فوقانی (001/0=p) و کمر (001/0=p)  ارتباط معنادار مشاهده شد.  نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از شیوع بالای اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی و کیفیت زندگی متوسط در دندانپزشکان اردبیل است. با توجه به ارتباط معنادار مشاهده‌شده، توجه به سلامت شغلی و شرایط کاری دندانپزشکان ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Dentistry, as a profession characterized by a static nature, repetitive movements, and occupational stress, is considered a high-risk occupation for the development of musculoskeletal disorders and reduced quality of life. The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between musculoskeletal disorders and quality of life among dentists. Methods: This descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study was conducted in 2025 on 150 practicing dentists in the city of Ardabil. Samples were selected using the convenience sampling method. Data were collected using standard questionnaires, including the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ) for musculoskeletal disorders and the World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL) questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 26 software with Chi-square and logistic regression tests. Results: The most commonly affected areas were the lower back (64.7%), neck (60.7%), and shoulders (52.1%). These problems had led to reduced professional activity in 28.7% of the individuals. Quality of life was at a moderate to low level, with the lowest score belonging to the environmental health domain (56.79 out of 100). A significant association was observed between lower quality of life and increased musculoskeletal complaints in some body areas (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study indicate a very high and concerning prevalence of musculoskeletal problems and a moderate quality of life among dentists in Ardabil.
