Methods: Research sampling method of the study is classified random method. The research statistical population involved 322 participants. Krejcie and Morgan table was used to determine the sample size of the study. According to the table, 203 participants were selected as the sample size. The scholar made questioners of satisfaction inventory, Alman and Mir’s job commitment inventory and Sharar’s et.al general self-efficacy inventory were used for data collection. Results: Statistical analysis of the data indicated that there is a significant and positive relationship between professional development and job satisfaction and commitment. Moreover, the results of the study indicated that there is a significant and positive relationship between self-efficacy and job commitment and satisfaction. The highest level of significant correlation was obtained for the relationship between professional development and job satisfaction and the lowest significant correlation was obtained for the relationship between professional development and self-efficacy.
