زمینه و هدف: یکی از چالشهای مهم بخش بهداشت و سلامت، بالاخص در رابطه با پرستاران، شیفتهای کاری است که میتواند پیامدهای منفی بسیاری برای این قشر داشته باشد. از این رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه رضایت زناشویی، صمیمیت و عملکرد جنسی پرستاران زن متأهل شاغل در بیمارستان‌های دولتی شهرستان آبادان بود.
روش کار: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع طرح مقایسه‌ای است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی پرستاران زن متأهل بیمارستان‌های دولتی شهرستان آبادان بود که قریب به 400 نفر بودند. از این بین 140 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند که 57 فرد دارای شیفت کاری ثابت و 83 نفر نیز دارای شیفت کاری متغیر بودند. ابزار پژوهش حاضر شامل پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی هادسون، پرسشنامه صمیمیت واکر و تامپسون، و پرسشنامه عملکرد جنسی روزن و همکاران بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری (MANOVA) و با کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS ویراست 24 انجام گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که بین رضایت زناشویی (589/0p< ،29/0F=)، صمیمیت (724/0p< ،13/0F=) و عملکرد جنسی (795/0p< ،07/0F=) پرستاران زن شیف کاری ثابت و متغیر تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود ندارد.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر، به نظر میرسد سازوکارهایی وجود دارد که اثر شیفت کاری را بر پیامدهای مختلف تعدیل میکند. بنابراین، لازم است که شرایط را برای تقویت این سازوکارها فراهم آورد.
