میانگین ماهیت شغلی و سازگاری پرستاران در حد مطلوب بود و بین ماهیت شغل و سازگاری شغلی پرستاران رابطۀ مثبت وجود داشت. بنابراین، برای افزایش سازگاری پرستاران، مدیران باید توجه بیشتری به ادراکات پرستاران از ویژگی‌های شغلی‌شان داشته باشند و تنوع، بازخورد و فرصت ایجاد روابط دوستانه در شغل را برای آنان فراهم کنند.
