زمینه و هدف: در دنیای صنعتی امروز، سلامتی نیروی کار می‌تواند تحت‌تأثیر برهم‌کنش ریسک‌فاکتورهای مختلف قرار گیرد. ازاین‌رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی و تحلیل رابطه بین فاکتورهای نوبت‌کاری، استرس شغلی، رضایت شغلی و سلامتی در صنعت پتروشیمی صورت گرفته است.
روش کار: مطالعه حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی- پیمایشی اجرا شد و جامعه آماری آن کلیه کارکنان یک شرکت پتروشیمی (۴۰۰۰ نفر) را در بر می‌گیرد. نمونه مطالعه براساس فرمول کوکران ۳۶۰ نفر محاسبه شد که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات با پرسش‌نامه تلفیقی با پایایی بالا (آلفای کرونباخ=۰/۸۳) انجام شد. در نهایت داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۲ تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیلی ارتباط نوبت‌کاری، استرس شغلی، رضایت شغلی و سلامتی نشان داد تمام فرضیات موجود در مدل مفهومی طراحی‌شده، تأیید شده است و بین این فاکتورها ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد (۰/۰۰۱>P). همچنین نتایج نشان داد علاوه بر تأثیر مستقیم نوبت‌کاری بر سلامتی، نوبت‌کاری به‌واسطه تأثیر بر استرس شغلی و رضایت شغلی به‌طور غیرمستقیم با سلامتی ارتباط معنی‌دار دارد (۰/۰۰۱>P).
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد نوبت‌کاری هم به‌عنوان فاکتور مستقیم و هم به‌عنوان میانجی و فاکتور غیرمستقیم و از طریق تأثیر بر فاکتورهایی مانند رضایت شغلی و استرس شغلی می‌تواند بر سلامتی نیروی کار تاثیرگذار باشد. بنابراین، توجه به این پدیده سازمانی و بازطراحی یا تغییر در آن می‌تواند نقش مهمی در افزایش سطح سلامت نیروی شغلی و انگیزش شغلی و همچنین بهره‌وری سازمانی داشته باشد.
