fa شناسایی مؤلفه‌های ارگونومیک دستکش‌های آتش‌نشانی: یافته‌های یک مطالعه کیفی Identifying the Ergonomic Components of Firefighter Gloves: Findings from a Qualitative Study سایر موارد Other Cases پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: دستکش‌های آتش‌نشانی از تجهیزات ضروری حفاظت فردی‌اند، اما اثربخشی آن‌ها علاوه بر حفاظت، به ویژگی‌های ارگونومیک مانند تناسب با دست، مهارت حرکتی، حس لامسه، راحتی و سهولت استفاده وابسته است. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی مؤلفه‌های ارگونومیک دستکش آتش‌نشانی از دیدگاه کاربران انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه کیفی با تحلیل محتوای قراردادی و رویکرد استقرایی از فوریه تا می ۲۰۲۶ انجام شد. ۲۰ آتش‌نشان شاغل، شامل ۵ نفر دارای تجربه تخصصی در ایمنی و تجهیزات حفاظت فردی، به‌صورت هدفمند و تا اشباع داده‌ها انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق 20 مصاحبه‌ی نیمه‌ساختاریافته و 2 بحث گروهی متمرکز گردآوری و تحلیل شدند. معیارهای گوبا و لینکلن برای اعتبار یافته‌ها به‌کار رفت. یافته‌ها: از ۸۳۹ کد اولیه، ۳۹۴ کد نهایی استخراج و در ۵ طبقه اصلی و ۱۰ زیرطبقه سازمان‌دهی شد: تنش‌های بیومکانیکی و اسکلتی‌عضلانی، عوامل آنتروپومتریک و تناسب ابعادی، عوامل فیزیولوژیک، عملکرد مهارتی و ادراکی، و سهولت استفاده و سازگاری. مؤلفه‌های مهم شامل افزایش نیروی چنگش و فشار موضعی، عدم تناسب ابعادی، محدودیت حرکات مفاصل، گرما و تعریق، تحریک پوستی، کاهش حس لامسه و چابکی، دشواری پوشیدن و درآوردن و ناسازگاری با سایر تجهیزات بود. نتیجه‌گیری: ارگونومی دستکش آتش‌نشانی مفهومی چندبعدی با ابعاد بیومکانیکی، آنتروپومتریک، فیزیولوژیک، مهارتی و کاربردی است. یافته‌ها می‌توانند مبنای توسعه و اعتبارسنجی شاخص‌های عینی ارگونومیک و بررسی ورود آن‌ها به استانداردهای آینده باشند. مطالعات آتی باید این مؤلفه‌ها را با اندازه‌گیری‌های عینی و در آتش‌نشانان زن نیز اعتبارسنجی کنند.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: Firefighting gloves are essential personal protective equipment (PPE); however, protection alone does not ensure their effectiveness. Ergonomic characteristics, including hand fit, preservation of manual dexterity and tactile sensitivity, comfort, and ease of use, can influence firefighters’ performance and safety. This study aimed to identify the ergonomic components of firefighting gloves from the users’ perspective. Methods: This qualitative study employed conventional content analysis with an inductive approach and was conducted from February to May 2026. Twenty active-duty firefighters were purposively recruited, five of whom had additional expertise and experience in occupational safety and personal protective equipment. Sampling continued until data saturation was reached. Data were collected through 20 semi-structured interviews and 2 focus group discussions and were subsequently transcribed, coded, and analyzed. The Lincoln and Guba criteria were applied to ensure the trustworthiness of the findings. Results: Of 839 initial codes, 394 final codes were derived and organized into five main categories and 10 subcategories: biomechanical and musculoskeletal strain, anthropometric and dimensional fit factors, physiological factors, manual and perceptual performance, and usability and compatibility. Key components included increased grip force and localized pressure, poor dimensional fit, restricted joint mobility, heat retention and sweating, skin irritation, reduced tactile sensitivity and dexterity, difficulty in donning and doffing, and incompatibility with other protective equipment. Conclusion: The ergonomics of firefighting gloves is a multidimensional concept encompassing biomechanical, anthropometric, physiological, manual-performance, and usability dimensions. These findings may provide a basis for developing and validating objective ergonomic indicators and for considering their incorporation into future standards.
